Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation in United States (SC) seeks a Systems Engineer IV – Team Lead to guide RF system design, test, and integration efforts on Navy communication systems. You will lead a team, define requirements, and supervise the end-to-end RF signal chain performance analysis.

The role requires deep systems engineering experience, proficiency in C++ and Python, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or systems engineering; 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience applying systems engineering processes on projects.
• Experience with requirements definition, analysis, design, integration, and test.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with RF test equipment and Navy communication systems.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.

Responsibilities

• Direct the application of engineering principles as final technical authority for the team.
• Report to the program manager responsible for RF system design development and improvement.
• Provide RF SME and test support for Navy communication systems.
• Conduct research, analysis, design, development, and testing of engineering data for customer requirements.
• Lead technical design reviews and IPT/TIM meetings and ensure system-level performance.
