Qualifications

Requires significant experience delivering complex software-intensive hardware systems, strong software architecture and hands-on engineering skills.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required; FPGA/SoC/RFSoC experience and technical leadership while remaining hands-on are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and personally develop software across the full stack for advanced RF, quantum sensing, photonic, and defense-oriented hardware systems, from FPGA/RFSoC and embedded platforms through APIs, networking, visualization, and user interfaces.
Own system architecture, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment while guiding multidisciplinary technical efforts and delivering reliable products.
