Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Retail DEX, to build and scale backend systems supporting digital asset trading and blockchain integration. You will expand asset coverage, improve execution quality, and strengthen data infrastructure behind heavy onchain activity.

Remote work eligible for US-based candidates. Compensation starts at $191,100+ annually; equity and bonus eligibility included, along with a flexible work environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Retail DEX to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building and scaling backend systems that support digital asset trading and blockchain integration in a fast-moving consumer trading environment. You will help expand asset coverage, improve execution quality, and strengthen the data infrastructure behind high-volume onchain activity. The position also partners closely with product and engineering teams to enhance smart contract functionality and development workflows.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $191,100+ annually
