Erias Ventures is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities for computer-based systems. You will work closely with a talented team to deliver robust Java-based solutions using REST APIs and microservices.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and staying current with new technologies, with hybrid work and a U.S. security clearance path. Candidates should be self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of software engineering experience with modern Java frameworks.
• Designing enterprise APIs and RESTful services for scalable systems.
• Experience with microservices architectures and OOP paradigms.
• Familiarity with agile software lifecycles and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities for computer-based systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to create software solutions meeting client needs.
• Stay up-to-date with latest developments and best practices in software engineering.
• Work in a hybrid environment with 1–2 days per week at Augusta, GA office.
