Erias Ventures is seeking an Enterprise Software Engineer focused on Java, AI, and REST to design and implement complex software for government-ready systems. You will collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable solutions and stay current with evolving technologies.

The role offers partial telework in a hybrid setup, with about two days per week at our San Antonio office. Strong Java experience, API design, and leadership potential are valued, with citizenship and clearance considerations

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Java and related frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI agents into software workflows.
• Proven ability to design enterprise APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with microservices, OOP, and agile lifecycle.
• Mentorship or tech leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex Java software for enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and tests.
• Guide teams and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.
