Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a senior leader for the Session Replay squad within Grafana Cloud. You will shape end-to-end technical direction across frontend, backend, and data systems to deliver cohesive user experiences.

You will drive backend architecture toward columnar/analytical storage for large-scale session data while partnering across teams and engaging customers to inform product direction. This is a 100% remote, globally distributed role with a culture of collaboration.
