Job summary

Interra Health is hiring a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications using .NET (C#) and React on Microsoft Azure. The role spans backend API services and frontend interfaces, in a high-concurrency, high-volume environment, contributing to patient outcomes and streamlined prescription workflows.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in .NET and React, with Azure cloud experience, CI/CD, and a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in .NET Core (C#) and React for full-stack development.
• Strong API design skills with REST principles and OAuth2/JWT.
• Proficiency in SQL Server data modeling and performance tuning.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage).
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in .NET Core.
• Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs for high throughput.
• Create frontend UIs with React 18+ and TypeScript in an Nx monorepo.
• Leverage Azure services for cloud-native solutions and data storage.
• Contribute to testing, code reviews, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with product, cloud, and engineering teams to deliver reliable software.
