Job summary

Interra Health is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications using .NET Core (C#) and React on Microsoft Azure. You will deliver high-throughput backend APIs and responsive front-ends in a scalable, compliant healthcare tech environment.

You’ll collaborate with product and DevOps teams, apply an AI-first approach, implement robust testing, and contribute to architecture decisions to improve patient outcomes and drive platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years of experience in .NET (C#) and React.
• Proficiency with API design, REST principles, OAuth2/JWT.
• Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
• Minimum 3 years of Azure experience.
• Strong frontend and full-stack development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services using .NET Core (C#) with clean architecture.
• Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs for high-throughput workloads.
• Build frontend UI with React 18+ and TypeScript in an Nx monorepo.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and cloud architectures on Azure.
