Job summary

ComplexCare Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (CCS). This remote role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting secure, scalable web apps using Angular on the frontend and .NET on the backend, deployed to Azure with SQL Server as the data store.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#) building web APIs and services.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular building enterprise web applications.
• Strong MS SQL Server experience including design and performance tuning.
• 5+ years building and operating solutions on Azure Cloud.
• Experience with authentication/authorization using Azure AD/Entra ID and RBAC.
• Solid unit testing and automated testing practices (xUnit/NUnit).
• DevOps/CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or similar.
• HIPAA awareness and handling of sensitive data in healthcare contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop .NET (C#) backend services (REST APIs, minimal APIs).
• Implement data access and persistence using MS SQL Server with efficient queries.
• Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage).
• Design and integrate authentication/authorization (Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds and deployments.
• Apply best practices: SOLID, clean code, API contracts and documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to break down requirements.
• Perform code reviews and mentor peers on design, performance and security.
• Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and runbooks; support production issues.
