Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a skilled software engineer to join a remote-enabled team building scalable wealth management platforms. You will work across cloud-based architectures, APIs, and data integrations to deliver high-performance solutions used by thousands of advisors.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, design leadership, and collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams. Strong emphasis on observability, testing, and secure, scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable software systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, REST APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with AWS services and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on with CI/CD, testing practices, and code quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex features or services.
• Lead technical design for small-to-medium features and mentor engineers.
• Improve observability, CI/CD tooling, and deployment reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
