Job summary

ZoomInfo seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join high-volume JVM streaming systems and Python microservices. You will design distributed architectures, implement real-time data-to-CRM mapping, and own backend services from design to production, collaborating across跨-disciplinary teams.

You will lead architectural decisions, advocate best practices, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, resilient services for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with CS/Math/SE degree
• Hands-on experience in Java and Python in production
• 3+ years building distributed systems and microservices
• 3+ years with streaming data platforms (Kafka preferred)
• 4+ years cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL stores
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
• Experience with CI/CD, package management, and release cycles
• Strong architectural design while remaining hands-on
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy distributed systems across domains
• Build high-volume streaming data processing services using Kafka
• Design real-time engagement-to-CRM mapping systems
• Develop robust Java-based microservices with storage integration
• Build Python backend services and RESTful APIs serving millions of requests
• Create third-party integrations using major conference provider SDKs
• Own customer-facing aspects end-to-end from design to production
• Drive cross-domain architectural decisions and performance improvements
• Promote engineering best practices: design, review, monitoring
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across teams
• Act as a technical point of contact translating product needs into systems
