Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 3+ years of applied experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go).
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions and design, develop, and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Build backend services, GraphQL/REST APIs, and modern React UIs across platforms.
• Implement integrations with Jira, Bitbucket/GitHub, and notification/delivery workflows.
• Contribute to content and discovery features such as Lucene-based search and documentation hosting.
• Use enterprise AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Analyze large data sets to create visualizations and improve software systems.
• Identify patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Participate in communities of practice and explore new technologies.
