Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Digital Intelligence AIM product team in the United States. You will design, develop and maintain scalable software, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS or related field, 7+ years of hands‑on experience, strong knowledge of design patterns and Restful APIs, and fluency in Java/C/C++/C#/Python. Scrum experience is a must.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Software or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in building scalable software; design, implementation, debugging, support.
• Knowledge of design patterns and Restful API patterns.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design in Java/C/C++/C#/Python.
• Experience with agile software development practices, Scrum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
