Based in Pittsburgh, PA or other listed cities, this role leads QA activities and test automation across the product lifecycle to ensure compliance and high-quality software solutions. You will coordinate test plans, strategies, and release readiness, while reporting quality metrics and managing risk within PNC’s risk framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Experience with QA, testing, and test strategies across product lifecycles.
• Knowledge of UI and API test automation and risk-based testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and testing activities across the product lifecycle to meet requirements.
• Serve as QA subject-matter expert for the line of business/domain.
• Lead development and approval of test strategies, plans, execution, defects, and release readiness.
• Oversee UI and API test automation to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Define and report quality metrics and manage risk within Enterprise Risk Management framework.
