You will lead test strategy development, mentor team members, manage testing risks, and deliver comprehensive test documentation for Technology leaders and governance teams.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired, but not required.
• Experience with testing data-intensive systems and risk/regulatory domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and review of test strategies and plans.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on testing needs.
• Identify resource and environment gaps and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor risks and defects, ensure alignment with ECO standards.
• Prepare and deliver test summary reports for stakeholders.
