Job summary

PNC is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead in the Enterprise Data Analytics organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. You will shape testing strategy for data warehouses and validate data integration, driving data quality initiatives across the DW/ETL stack.

Leading the review of testing artifacts through the product lifecycle, you will coordinate test strategy, scripting, and defect resolution while ensuring early engagement with partners and proactive quality planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing data warehouse test strategies and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of Hadoop, HQL/SQL, PySpark, RDBMS, AWS; data warehouse testing is desired.
• Must review data quality, data loads, transformations, and ETLs/ jobs from legacy systems into relational databases.
• Experience with large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse, data integration, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Jenkins; understanding of HTTP, JSON, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a global delivery model; provide strategic direction to testing and act as SME for quality discipline and domain(s).
• Lead review of testing artifacts across the product lifecycle; coordinate test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.
• Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive quality planning in the lifecycle.
• Take accountability for quality standards in development and automation opportunities for testing products.
• Develop meaningful management metrics to gauge project health and drive continuous improvement.
