Job summary

Aether Biomedical is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end features across a Python/FastAPI backend and a React frontend. You will shape architecture for a production-ready analytics platform and work with data from various sources including CSV, JSON, and databases.

You will deploy via Docker and CI/CD, collaborate in an agile team, and apply AI-assisted tooling to improve development workflows while maintaining high code quality.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience building web apps or APIs with Python and FastAPI.
• Proven frontend experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Ability to work across backend, frontend, or full-stack with deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across Python/FastAPI backend and React frontend.
• Shape architecture for a production-grade analytics platform.
• Process, transform, and analyze structured data (CSV, JSON, Excel, DBs).
• Design clean APIs and data models using PostgreSQL and related tech.
• Develop reusable UI and data visualizations with React.
• Containerize apps with Docker; manage CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Contribute to PRs, tests, security scanning, and build quality.
