Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a role that designs, develops, and implements digital solutions and systems. The position focuses on optimizing Payer Operations by building solutions to enrich Payer metadata, automate Payer lifecycle contracts, and measure Payer performance.

The candidate will architect end-to-end integration patterns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation with AI/ML while ensuring design governance and knowledge transfer across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational DBMS.
• Dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing experience.
• Programming in SQL, Python, and similar languages for cloud and on-prem data warehousing.
• Hands-on data issue troubleshooting.
• Experience with performance improvement techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end integration patterns bridging cloud-native SaaS, core clinical systems (Epic EMR), and Enterprise Data Platform.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and peer code reviews; ensure reliability and scalability of the integration layer.
• Act as a technical consultant to Product and Business leads; refine requirements and propose design patterns.
• Explore tools and AI/ML to drive innovation and automation in development processes.
• Create and maintain system designs, architecture diagrams, and best practices for platform self-service.
