What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to enhance product delivery and unlock new engineering capabilities
2. Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to address complex problems
3. Develop and implement a technical software development strategy for the Observability Engineering domain

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, platform architecture, and infrastructure management
2. Hands-on experience in building complex distributed systems, with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
3. Advanced knowledge of at least one OOP language such as Java, Go, or Python
4. Experience with continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code
5. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
2. Experience architecting and designing Observability platform solutions
3. Familiarity with big data formats such as Parquet or Avro
4. Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies
5. Experience with open-source monitoring software like Grafana and Prometheus
