What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and thought leadership across multiple areas within the enterprise
- Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to address complex challenges
- Develop and execute the technical software development strategy for the Observability Engineering domain
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical expertise and promote best practices
- Analyze costs and resource requirements while ensuring operational efficiency and adaptability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development and platform architecture
- Hands-on experience building complex distributed systems and knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Advanced knowledge of at least one OOP language such as Java, Go, or Python
- Experience with open-source databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and No-SQL databases such as Cassandra
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead projects and interact with clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
- 1+ years of experience with architecture and design
- Familiarity with continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
- Experience with open-source monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus
