• 3+ years building backend or full-stack web applications with quality-critical products.
• Senior-level impact: owned features or systems from idea to launch.
• Strong architecture and data-modeling skills for evolving domains.
• Fluency in a modern TypeScript stack; comfortable with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Temporal.
• Experience in a startup environment with ambiguity and rapid shipping.
• A track record shipping sophisticated product surfaces and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship complex workflows for distributions and capital calls, subscriptions, data rooms, and LP wallet/portal.
• Take problems from design through release and operation, handling edge cases.
• Build for correctness, resilience, and strong UX where real money and trust are at stake.
• Model complex business domains and create maintainable systems.
• Improve the team through code reviews and design feedback, mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product/Design and Foundations teams to integrate features with money-movement and identity systems.
