You will drive design across a scalable payments network within AngelList, collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The role is based in New York with a hybrid in‑office model and a competitive compensation package including equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading end-to-end product bets at company level.
• Design leadership for a new payment network and complex interactions between funds and investors.
• Systems thinker with strong interaction and visual craft to raise the bar for the product area.
• Deep thinking, clear product vision, and customer obsession as core team values.

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful product experiences on the payments network for funds, investors, and supporting teams.
• Drive scoping for ambiguous areas of the product vision and define cross-product interactions.
• Set visual and interaction standards within the Nova business area for the team to follow.
• Coordinate with customers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-ROI solutions.
