Job summary

Nexaminds in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure. The role emphasizes large-scale web apps, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and modern engineering practices.

You will mentor teammates, lead technical discussions with Product Owners and external teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and uphold quality through unit testing and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web app and services in enterprise environments.
• Strong C#, .NET, and SQL skills with backend services and stored procedures.
• Hands-on Angular, JavaScript, and HTML for web apps.
• Expert Azure cloud experience and microservices design.
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes, unit testing, and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Nexaminds is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications using .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, and Microsoft Azure.The ideal candidate has extensive experience building large-scale web applications and distributed systems, with strong expertise in microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in web application and services development within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL , including development of business logic, backend services, and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, and HTML for web application development.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Strong experience designing and developing applications using microservices architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with unit testing and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of publish/subscribe patterns and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience with Knockout.js and MVVM architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies , including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team coordination.
• Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring developers, and leading software development teams.
• Proven ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing or maintaining large-scale enterprise systems with 500+ database tables.
• Experience working with Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise applications in production environments.

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces, business logic, backend services, and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, supporting architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for Product Owners, Business Analysts, and external teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support Scrum Master responsibilities and coordinate development activities when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, application performance, reliability, and maintainability through established engineering standards and unit testing.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, including production incidents and third-level support requests.
• Support the development and operation of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to technical discussions involving application architecture, system integration, and distributed messaging.
• Identify technical risks, resolve development blockers, and coordinate with other teams when additional expertise is required.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement in engineering practices and software delivery.
