Job summary

At Nexaminds, we’re seeking a Senior MuleSoft Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable integrations across critical systems using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. You will implement API-led connectivity, write complex DataWeave transformations, and define API specs with RAML or OpenAPI.

Requirements include 6+ years in software or integration, 4+ years with MuleSoft (Mule 4), DataWeave 2.0, and strong English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development or system integration.
• 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience (Mule 4).
• Strong proficiency in DataWeave 2.0.
• RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Anypoint Platform components: Design Center, Exchange, API Manager, Runtime Manager.
• Experience with MUnit and testing best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Maven.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy APIs and integrations using Mule 4 and the Anypoint Platform.
• Apply API-led connectivity principles (System, Process, and Experience layers).
• Write complex data transformations using DataWeave 2.0.
• Define API specifications using RAML and/or OpenAPI (OAS).
• Integrate with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, databases, and third-party REST/SOAP services.
• Build and maintain unit tests with MUnit and ensure high code quality.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and security policies (OAuth 2.0, client ID enforcement, rate limiting).
• Deploy and manage applications on CloudHub, CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, or on-prem runtimes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote integration best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Senior MuleSoft Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior MuleSoft Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable integration solutions that connect business-critical systems. You’ll work closely with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable APIs and integrations using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform, following API-led connectivity best practices.

Location: Mexico
