Job summary

Loancrate is building AI-native tooling to automate mortgage workflows and aims to replace bespoke onboarding with a repeatable product. The role focuses on declarative config, automated validation, and reproducible environments to speed lender live timelines.

You’ll work on tenant provisioning, data migration tooling, and release machinery for a multi-tenant world. This is a remote-friendly opportunity with a strong emphasis on engineering velocity.

Qualifications

• Evidence of productizing an onboarding or implementation process.
• Experience with configuration-as-code, versioning, diffing or environment promotion.
• Experience migrating data from legacy systems with validation and rollback plans.

Responsibilities

• Turn onboarding for large mortgage lenders from a services project into a repeatable product.
• Develop declarative config, automated validation, and reproducible environments.
• Build multi-tenant tooling including per-tenant feature flags and isolated deployments.
• Create smoke tests and conformance suites to prove integrations end-to-end.
