Job summary

Ocrolus, a fintech AI company, is hiring a senior, hands-on Mortgage Technical Enablement Manager to build and own the enablement function for our mortgage customers. You will report to the GM of Mortgage and craft onboarding, training, and ongoing content to accelerate time-to-value and product adoption.

This remote-first role offers $140,000–$170,000 base plus equity and benefits; occasional travel to client sites and launches is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in L&D, client enablement, training, or implementation programs — ability to operate as a sole function and build from zero
• Strong independence and ownership
• Cross-functional stakeholder management experience with Product and Engineering
• Mortgage industry exposure (underwriting, LOS, or mortgage product)
• Passion for education and curriculum design with learning outcomes focus
• Ability to translate product features into practical workflows for customers
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for live and virtual sessions
• Experience creating customer-facing docs and training artifacts
• Data-driven mindset with KPI definition and iteration based on feedback
• Clear, precise written communication

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the mortgage enablement strategy and roadmap with significant independence
• Build the enablement function from scratch including onboarding and education programs
• Create a modular mortgage curriculum mapped to origination workflow
• Produce hands-on materials: sandbox labs, playbooks, templates, runbooks
• Lead kickoff workshops, live client-facing training sessions, and train-the-trainer events
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate capabilities into guidance and integration patterns
• Define onboarding readiness criteria and launch metrics aligned with business outcomes
• Measure enablement effectiveness with KPIs and iterate based on data
• Capture feedback and inform product docs and training needs
• Represent Ocrolus externally with webinars and customer events
