Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• This role is hybrid - St Louis, MO, Spruce Street.
• Work as part of an Agile development team, taking ownership for one or more services.
• Take ownership of features and epics, ensuring excellence in design, code, test and operation.
• Mentoring team members through code reviews and design reviews.
• Work with product owners to refine the backlog and break down features into executable stories.
• Maintain a high quality software mindset to ensure code reliability.
