• Ability to serve as lead software engineer for complex projects.

• Ability to provide peer technical assessments in areas of expertise and new technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project planning for software development in C/C++ as an IC.
• Use configuration management, build processes, and debugging tools in development workflows.
• Lead complex software design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in peer code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Deliver reliable solutions through sound problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Estimate effort, evaluate options, and impact on electrical design aspects.
• Research and implement algorithms for fundamental problems and new technologies.
• Contribute to product development plans and project feasibility discussions.
