Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design well-architected software systems and modules.
• Experience leading complex software projects and decomposing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills, data structures, OOD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development in C# for new products and applications.
• Provide technical leadership and project planning as an individual contributor.
• Decompose requirements into defined tasks and estimate schedules.
• Research problems and implement effective algorithm solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to ongoing technical reviews.
• Participate in system design reviews and data sheet assessments.
• Support rotating on-call schedule for Garmin’s 24/7 operations.
