• Experience designing or contributing to load testing or chaos engineering
• Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals

• Design, build, and maintain load testing and fault injection infrastructure
• Own platform components end-to-end from architecture to deployment
• Collaborate with infra and product teams to drive tooling adoption
• Define steady-state hypotheses and fault injection primitives for safe chaos experiments
