Job summary

Ripple is building a world where value moves like information. The Liquidity Management team seeks a Senior Software Developer to create a scalable platform that gives treasury professionals real-time visibility across banks, currencies, and entities.

You will design, implement, and maintain cloud-native solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will mentor peers, contribute to architectural decisions, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of application development experience.
Experience with cloud architecture and deployment in modern practices.
Ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment.
Strong capability to operate in an agile development environment.
Experience with Azure Services and .NET/C# development.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Leverage Azure services to craft scalable, fault-tolerant, cloud-based solutions.
Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional testing to ensure production readiness.
Implement observability to derive insights on performance and usage.
Mentor engineers, discuss design decisions, and lead technical evaluations.
Drive process improvements and best practices across the team.
Participate in on-call pager rotation as part of YBIYRI model.
