Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Staff Software Developer to lead modernization of the Liquidity Management platform. You will shape real-time data pipelines, cloud-native architecture, and digital asset support across a global landscape.

You’ll own technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, observable systems and high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years working on complex, business-critical systems in production.
• Experience working on products with significant scale.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional project experience.
• Track record of delivering projects spanning multiple quarters across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions for the platform balancing scalability and rapid deployment.
• Establish standards and patterns to ship features faster with fewer defects.
• Lead design reviews and provide feedback to raise architectural quality.
• Eliminate technical debt and create roadmaps for reliability and velocity.
• Mentor engineers and enable team technical leadership.
