Job summary

Ripple in New York is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and scale a cloud-native treasury platform. You will own design, implementation, and maintenance of high-impact services using .NET/C# and Azure, while mentoring teammates and driving best practices.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment with on-call responsibilities and a focus on scalable, reliable systems across global users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of application development experience in cloud environments.
• Experience mentoring developers in an agile team.
• Proficient in Azure Services and .NET/C#.
• Strong SQL Server expertise and CI/CD implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Azure services to build scalable, fault-tolerant cloud solutions.
• Lead rigorous testing (unit/integration/non-functional) to ensure production readiness.
• Develop observability and derive insights on performance and usage.
• Mentor engineers, discuss tech trends, and contribute to design reviews.
• Improve team processes and technology choices for excellence.
• Participate in on-call rotation per YBIYRI model.
