• Proficient in SQL Server and NoSQL basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-team features and epics, aligning with business objectives.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure systems with clear patterns.
• Define engineering standards, test strategies, and ADRs.
• Mentor engineers and coach teams to improve code health.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and safe release practices.
• Drive reliability with incident triage and postmortems.
• Own SLIs/SLOs, instrumentation, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with product/design/QA/ops in Agile ceremonies.
