Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant software engineering experience or equivalent proficiency.
• Advanced front-end and back-end proficiency with solid full-stack capabilities.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, backlog refinement, and testing.
• DevSecOps experience including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver moderately complex features end-to-end, decomposing work and planning for small pods.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to leverage tech for business processes.
• Apply engineering best practices, write tests, and ensure performance and resiliency.
• Lead peer reviews, refine standards, and improve deployment practices.
• Improve runbooks, on-call support, and incident resolution.
