Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leveraging .NET Framework in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, database design, and ORM frameworks (Dapper/EF).
• 2+ years of experience developing modern frontend React.js frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience driving a team in an agile scrum environment.
• Experience designing and supporting event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable applications, APIs, databases, and event-driven solutions using React, .NET, SQL, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, support, and enhance enterprise applications.
• Lead technical delivery for multiple initiatives while ensuring adherence to development standards.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to drive engineering excellence.
• Participate in Agile planning, refinement, review, and retrospective activities.
• Develop and optimize Kafka-based integrations and real-time data processing solutions.
• Improve database performance through SQL tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
