Remedy, part of Thirty Madison, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Summit, NJ to join a team delivering Remedy Meds. Lead large features, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product/Design. Base pay ranges from $152,000 to $209,000 per year, with stock options and annual incentives as part of compensation.

• Lead development of large features and quarterly projects spanning multiple teams and problem sets.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and enforce code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large features and champion quarterly projects that span multiple teams and problem sets.
• Increase codebase quality by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Enforce best practices for code reviews and quality standards across your team.
• Design and iterate on complex designs and system improvements to enhance robustness, reusability, and security.
• Mentor and guide less senior engineers through complex problems and stakeholder navigation.
• Act as facilitator for scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and team meetings to push efficiency.
