CNH Industrial is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead software development projects, design solutions, and mentor junior engineers. You will drive technical strategy and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software in a cloud environment.

The role emphasizes Domain-Driven Design, API integration, and enterprise data handling, with a focus on scalability and consistent user experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a master’s.
• Experience writing commercialized software in a professional environment.
• Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC identities and IAM implementations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, and Git.
• Strong REST/SOAP API integration knowledge.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain robust, scalable cloud solutions for enterprise data.
• Lead and implement Domain-Driven Design to improve data consistency across systems.
• Design consistent user experiences across applications.
• Lead project planning with diagrams, flows, and task breakdowns.
• Collaborate in a software team to deliver working software in sprints.
• Create and update design and implementation documentation.
• Mentor engineers and perform pair programming to upskill teammates.
• Provide engineering support to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
