You will lead complex development efforts, focusing on C#, .NET, and React, working with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or relevant technologies preferred.
• 8+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in C# and .NET.
• Strong experience across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments; DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with IaC, Docker, Kubernetes; agile methodologies and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of software solutions using C#, .NET, and React across environments.
• Architect and implement microservices, APIs, cloud-native apps; ensure scalability and availability.
• Act as technical leader; mentor junior engineers and guide architectural direction.
• Define high-level architectural solutions with Architecture Center of Excellence.
• Design, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines for hybrid and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and DevOps to align requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews; enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Stay current with cloud/hybrid tech trends and drive adoption of innovations.
• Provide technical leadership in system architecture, APIs, and scalability.
