- Strong understanding of client/server architecture and OO analysis/design.
- Experience with structured application development and change control methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive projects.
Responsibilities
- Leads projects and ensures successful technical implementation of business software applications.
- Mentors junior developers through code reviews, design reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
- Represents IT as principal technical contact and often performs technical project leadership.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and communicates them across departments.
- Delivers projects on time and according to specifications.
