Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Senior Agile Engineer to lead greenfield IoT software development. You will design cloud-native solutions with IaC, leverage Azure serverless functions, and build a TypeScript-based stack with React and NestJS. Expect rigorous testing, secure deployment practices, and API-driven integrations with partners and devices.

Travel up to one week per quarter to St. Louis or Atlanta is required; the role requires US work authorization without sponsorship.

Qualifications

5 years of software development experience with multiple languages.
Experience deploying on cloud native platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Familiar with automation for build, test, and deployment.
Strong communication; able to teach Agile concepts.
Willingness to travel up to 1 week per quarter.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud-native solutions with IaC.
Use serverless computing on Azure to optimize scalability and cost.
Build modern software with TypeScript; React frontend and NestJS backend.
Create automated unit and behavioral tests to ensure quality.
Implement production code daily with secure rollback mechanisms.
