Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Java, NodeJS, or Python.
• Experience on Salesforce platform and REST/SOAP APIs.
• CI/CD concepts and SDLC knowledge.
• SQL and relational databases knowledge.
• Strong communication and collaboration in Agile teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I preferred; II a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy frontend and backend services with a focus on high availability.
• Configure Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
• Lead design, development, testing, and debugging of software systems.
• Identify and resolve defects using APM, logs, and Salesforce debug logs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance through code reviews and pairing.
• Write, test, commit, review, deploy, and document code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment.
