Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with systems.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity while ensuring correctness and security.
• Tackles complex technical problems and designs scalable, resilient solutions across service design, debugging, and production stability.
• Builds automation and AI/MCP-based tooling to raise engineering leverage and reusable patterns.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve value realized by automation.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts and ensures design constraints are met by code development.
• Gathers and analyzes data to visualize and report for continuous improvement of software applications.
• Identifies hidden problems in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
