Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.
• 8+ years of development experience with strong design patterns.
• RESTful API design experience and cloud deployment automation.
• Experience with Git Actions or DevOps pipelines.
• SSO configuration and web app development knowledge.
• SQL query analysis and optimization.
• Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, JavaScript.
• AI-assisted coding practices knowledge.
• Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, .NET.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect interactive, web-based and inter-process solutions.
• Document code, define standards, APIs, and diagrams; review code requests.
• Build solutions meeting customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Suggest options to improve user experience and usability.
• Lead requirements discussions based on customer value.
• Review teammates' unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards; provide training.
• Facilitate onboarding and new-hire training; be a release approver.
• Lead formal code review meetings and maintain code quality.
