Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver complex features across the OneStream CPM platform. You will own end-to-end functionality, mentor peers, and drive high-quality APIs and data contracts.

The role emphasizes performance, reliability, and scalable software delivery. The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of experience, strong C#, .NET, and UI framework skills, and a track record of contributing to architecture and CI/CD improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent
• 4–10 years in professional software development
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET and related frameworks
• Experience building UIs with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and SOA
• Experience with JSON contracts and enterprise apps
• Performance tuning, memory mgmt, and SQL optimization
• Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience reviewing unit tests and ensuring test coverage

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software features and services.
• Lead implementation of moderately to highly complex features.
• Drive technical design discussions and align with architecture standards.
• Build UI solutions with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
• Define and defend technical decisions in owned areas.
• Ensure data contracts and integrations are well designed and backward compatible.
• Design APIs, SDKs, and extensibility mechanisms.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews.
• Collaborate to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements, testing, and quality initiatives.
• Own features end-to-end from design to production support.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools with critical evaluation.
