Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of experience in business software design, development, integration or installation for level 2.
• Five years of experience for level 3 in business software design, development, integration or installation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, code, test, document, implement and maintain complex programs and interfaces.
• Provide technical support and perform upgrades for developed applications.
• Participate in design reviews, peer code walkthroughs and client walkthroughs.
• Ensure performance, security lifecycle practices, and interoperability standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current with industry standards and apply to development and reporting processes.
• Consult with users to develop functional and technical specifications.
