Job summary

DoubleVerify is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our full-stack settings team. You’ll build scalable backend services, enable client integrations, and partner with product and client services teams to drive DV’s product suite forward.

You will design and implement reliable services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously release features using IaC and automated deployment tools. This role is based in NYC with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Experience with SDLC best practices and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaboration with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong IaC and CI/CD focus for deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop services that integrate with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and align with architecture teams.
• Research and adopt new technologies to improve systems.
• Test and optimize code developed by the team and peers.
• Automate deployments using Infra-As-Code and release features continuously.
• Work in a fast-paced agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Implement observability to maintain code integrity across releases.
• Provide system design feedback and code reviews for senior engineers.
• Investigate production issues and resolve incidents.
