RX Global seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to design, build, and operate secure, scalable software across global platforms from Richmond. You will own complex technical challenges, mentor engineers, and partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will contribute to architectural decisions, improve test and deployment strategies, and ensure reliable production services while embracing AI-assisted engineering practices and cloud-native AWS deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, React and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering large, complex, global or multi-tenant production systems.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile cross-functional product development teams.
• Design, operate and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk).
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering practices with tools like GitHub Copilot or Amazon Bedrock.
• Strong communication with engineers, product teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ownership of production services including reliability and incident response.
• Track record mentoring engineers and improving team capability.
