Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II - Agentic Intelligence to join our client’s team, focusing on designing and shipping production‑grade AI agents that work with live observability data from scoping through maintenance.

You will partner with product and user feedback loops to turn prototype ideas into durable features, extend core platform capabilities, and apply strong product judgment to build useful agent experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in AI and agent engineering focusing on production systems.
• Proven ability to take projects from prototype to production without handoffs.
• Knowledge of agent design and architecture trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade agents for live observability data.
• Own the entire agent lifecycle from scoping to maintenance.
• Build agents leveraging high-cardinality data capabilities.
• Extend the platform with new features based on user feedback.
• Define and measure success criteria for agent performance.
