Rocket Lab seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to join the Digital Engineering team at our Littleton, CO site. You will help design, develop, and maintain simulation and modeling tools powering aerospace systems, with a stack including .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience in simulation/modeling or aerospace systems.
Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
Proficiency in C#/.NET and Angular, with TypeScript/JavaScript and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain simulation and modeling tools for aerospace systems.
Design mission-level wargaming tools across space, air, and ground domains.
Develop web-based applications across Windows and Linux with scalable architectures and REST APIs.
Apply UI/UX best practices to create intuitive interfaces for simulation tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectures and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in design reviews (PDR, CDR) and refine system requirements.
